WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE

We continuously look for ways to improve from small tweaks to radical change. One of the key areas that has made a difference to the success of Red Rooster is our technology transformation in the past 3 years. With an absolute focus on technologically future proofing the business, Red Rooster has embraced technology and will continue this focus into the future.

Two key areas of transformation are:

- In 2015 the Loyalty Rewards Program ‘Red Royalty’ was launched – the program plays a vital role in marketing and sales as Loyalty customers are three times more valuable than non-members. The program continues to be a key focus and is growing from strength to strength.

- In 2016 Red Rooster Delivery and online ordering website was launched – and now delivers 30,000 orders across the country every week. Having customers order directly through the Red Rooster website has enabled us to own the experience from end-to-end which is vital for growth.

We will continue to strive be leaders in technology to ensure we make a difference to all our customers.

Enabling open dialog at all times, Red Rooster engages and encourages conversations through regular Town Hall and State Meetings as well as a strong Franchisee Advisory Council, nominated by other franchisees, that allows for feedback to flow and new ideas to form.

For Red Rooster, food safety, employee safety and employee relations are all extremely important components of the business to monitor and control. We work closely and openly with governing bodies and franchisees.
